Adam Winter
President
In 2004, Adam founded SwiftecIT with the philosophy of “Corporate quality IT for growing companies”. Adam brings over 25 years of experience working with large corporate IT departments, small businesses, start-ups and consulting firms. His technical expertise combined with his natural customer service skills has helped define him as an expert in the technology field. Adam leads SwiftecIT with a strong mentoring style and shares his passion for technology with each and every SwiftecIT team member and our entire client base. Adam has held senior leadership positions at EMC, SANgate and American Tower. Adam has a BS in Information Systems from Pace University and an MBA from Clark University. Adam is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).
Scott Cranford
Vice President of Operations
Scott brings 20 years of experience in the enterprise technology field and has held leadership and executive management positions at some of North America’s leading technology companies including Epicor, Infor and Oracle. Scott’s background in ERP and technology gives him great perspective on how best to manage sales and operations at SwiftecIT. His leadership has resulted in higher customer satisfaction and greater employee fulfillment. His easy and natural communication skills, combined with a love of technology are at the heart of how Scott continues to drive the growth at SwiftecIT. Scott has a BA in International Business from University of the Pacific and is a VMWare Certified Sales Professional (VSP).
Kristen Ayles
Marketing Director
Kristen’s passion for marketing is accompanied by 5 years of experience marketing growing businesses along the East Coast. Kristen has a high aptitude in planning, presenting, and implementing marketing directives as well as a strong ability to conduct research and analysis to develop a variety of marketing materials and messages. Kristen earned her BA in Public Relations and Marketing from Roger Williams University.
Lynne Bruen
Director of Finance
Lynne has spent over 20 years in finance. Lynne brings deep expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, and operational metrics. She has a BA from Colby College, an MBA with a concentration in Health Care Management from Boston University, and is currently working on a Masters in Accounting at Bentley University. Lynne provides financial management and leadership for SwiftecIT.
Ann Marie Daigneault
Service Manager
Ann Marie came to SwiftecIT after 25 years in the logistic and financial industries. Responsible for areas related to dispatching client communications and vendor relations at SwiftecIT, Ann Marie has a skill for working with customers and vendors alike. Ann Marie received her degree from Becker College in Leicester, MA.
