There are many ways we can help to repair your machine. We can connect remotely using Logmein, or through our Remote Assistance Portal. What we ask is that you start by opening a support ticket.
Opening a support ticket
There are three methods to opening a support ticket:
- Access our ticket system here (for login information, please email email@example.com)
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org listing your issue
- You can reach our help desk at 508.393.3090
Remote Help Desk
If we need to connect to your machine to assist you a technician may request that you access the Remote Assistance Portal. Please accept and run the Java applet. No remote access software is left on your machine.
On-Site Technical Support
If you require a technician to come on site, one will be dispatched as soon as possible.
