Remember - Control-Z is your friend (really!)

Have you ever said "oops" when working on the computer and wish you could undo it?

Did you know that there is a shortcut for undo?  It is Control (Ctrl) - Z.  [Hold the CTRL key, then also press the "Z" key - let go of both].  This will undo the last key stroke or action that you did.

Some other helpful shortcuts: (These will all work in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, FrontPage, and probably a few more packages.)
